• Materials S235JR (St37), 1.4301 (V2A) resp. 1.4571 (V4A)
• Sandblasted and grounded inside and outside resistant to hydraulic oil on mineral oil base or sandblasted inside and outside with glass beads
• Leak test by two colour check
• Gasket 15 x 5 mm made of Perbunan (NBR) in case of screwed tank lid
• Drain plug DIN 908 + Cu gasket for oil drain at the tank

• Numerous accessories of HBE delivery programme, such as cleaning-covers, gaskets, oil level gauges, fillers etc.
• Individual machining of tank, tank lid or oil sumps
• Final varnish
• Primary coat resistant to special media (please see resistance schedule)
• Density certificate

Aluminium oil tanks

General information

• Tank sizes from 3.5 to 70 litres
• All aluminium tank sizes are stackable, thus low freight cost and space saving storage
• Stable casted body with good heat dissipation by material aluminium and all-round fluting
• AB 30 – AB 70 available with feet or castors alternatively
• Flat gasket made of rubber cork between tank lid and tank for AB 3.5 – AB 20
• Toroidal sealing ring (endless, without contact spot) 6 mm ø NBR for AB 30 – AB 70
• Tank lid for all sizes according to customer's drawing (coating included, if desired)
• All tank sizes incl. standard accessories ex stock
