HBE presented expansion of oil/air cooler series at Hannover Messe 2023

Since a year the in-house manufactured oil/air cooler series ACI complements the range of high-quality components for industrial hydraulic power packs. At this year's Hannover Messe, HBE is now presented further variants of its successful cooler series. Together with the other affiliated companies of Echterhage Holding, you could meet HBE in hall 6 at booth E60/1.

The ACIP series includes a motor-pump unit that allows the cooler to be operated in the bypass flow, even for retrofitting to existing hydraulic systems. The initially available 6 sizes of the ACIP cooler series will be equipped as standard with 1.1 kW motors and gear pumps with capacities from 16 to 32 cm3.

With the ACM series, the air cooler programme is completed by a variant with 12/24V DC motors. This is suitable for mobile applications with oil flow rates of 10 to 300 l/min and achieves cooling capacities of up to 50kW (∆t=40K).

To determine the suitable cooler size, HBE provides its customers or interested parties with an easy-to-use design software on its website. The AC+Calculator enables a quick and safe calculation of the suitable cooler.
