HBE got a new single turret vertical

Shortly before the end of the year, the manufacturer of hydraulic components, HBE GmbH, has extended its machinery with a 3 axes single turret vertical with driven tools. This enables HBE to process even larger workpieces more efficiently.

The PUMA V8300 M series oft he manufacturer Doosan has a drive performance of 37 kW, accepting chunks of 24‘‘ (610 mm). This allows a processing of workpieces with a diameter of 830 mm and a maximum length of 750 mm.

Additionally, the machine has a twelvefold tool change and a drive performance of 2600 Nm at the main spindle.
